Afadin polyclonal antibody is a mixture of antibodies produced by multiple different immune cell clones, all of which target different parts or antigenic epitopes of the Afadin protein. Specifically, Afadin is a cell junction protein that plays a key role in cell-to-cell connection and signal transduction. When the body is stimulated by an antigen containing the Afadin protein or its related antigenic determinant, multiple B cell clones in the body are activated and produce multiple antibodies against these different antigenic epitopes. The collection of these antibodies is called Afadin polyclonal antibody. Because it is produced by multiple B cell clones, Afadin polyclonal antibodies can recognize multiple different antigenic epitopes on the Afadin protein and have a wide range of antigen binding capabilities. The antibody mixture contains multiple antibodies, each of which may be different in structure and function, which increases the flexibility and diversity of its application. Usually, antigenic substances containing the Afadin protein or its related antigenic determinant are injected into animals (such as rabbits, sheep, etc.) to stimulate the immune system to produce a variety of different antibodies. These antibodies can then be separated and purified from the serum of the animal to obtain Afadin polyclonal antibody preparations.
